These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Lyst Mode ("the App"), developed by Violator Labs.

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Lyst Mode, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Use of the App

Lyst Mode is a personal task management app. You may use it for any lawful purpose. The App is provided free of charge.

Your Data

All data you create in Lyst Mode is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your tasks or any other data. You are solely responsible for your data, including any loss that may occur from deleting the app, resetting your device, or device failure.

No Warranty

Lyst Mode is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of defects.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Violator Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Future Changes

We reserve the right to introduce new features, paid upgrades, or subscriptions in future versions. Free features available at the time of download will remain functional on that version.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
